Arizona Photos from October 2021

Photo thru the windshield driving south from Sedona. A phenomenon called a "Sun Dog". This one was amazing due to the wispy clouds. The name comes from Greek mythology - Zeus and his two dogs traveling across the sun. There was another Sun Dog on the opposite side of the sun that I wasn't able to photograph.

The Verde River RV Resort - very nice, lots of activities and nice people. There were neighborhoods close by that were great for biking and running and for making friends with some good looking horses.

A hike near Sedona in Boynton Canyon

A tough hike on rocky terrain around Watson Lake near Prescott AZ and dinner in town on Whiskey Row.

A day trip to Flagstaff AZ
