The cows below are following the change in the water flow from one pasture to another.
Since most ranches in the area have little to no surface water, they use a complex system of solar-powered pumps, tanks, lines and drinkers (water troughs) to deliver water over thousands of acres to the cattle on their ranches.
Other Photos - The first three photos are from Rising K Ranch near Zion where we went on a 3 hour trail ride. The pair of horses are our friends that are very close to our RV. The single horse is the handsome guy that is 1/4 mile away.
