We eat out too much. That's hopefully offset by all of our low cost activities like hiking, biking and running. Anyway, we hit 4 good restaurants in the tiny town of Midway --- Cafe Galleria on the patio, The Corner, Midway Mercantile and Lola's. All were good.
Other interesting things in and around Midway are: A bike trail that starts in Heber and goes thru Midway and beyond to the Wasatch State Park, a Veterans Memorial built on top of a hill, a farm right outside the town that specializes in making artisan cheeses, and a ranch on 47 acres that is for sale for $24 million.
